God’s Morning: The Meaning Behind My Daily Tweet

I don’t quite remember how it all began. But there was a beginning. Definitely a beginning. I know because Kleph came. I met him a handful of times at The Camel at a beat battle or open mic night. And of course, he followed me on Twitter. He witnessed my antics on that social network like everyone else. But he knew something that I refused to believe. He reached out to me on Twitter to lay some vocals down for drops and skits for a mixtape. I told him, “Let’s talk business.” I didn’t know him and he damn sure know me. Yet and still, we talked for hours. He ministered to me. Kleph told me God’s vision for my life. I got butterflies because what he was described was bigger, way bigger than I imagined for myself. I’m agreeing with him but I’m thinking in the back of my mind, Am I really able to do that? Does he know who he’s talking to? I felt like I was talking to someone who knew me my whole life. Kleph put me in a booth. He proved even the dreams undreamed can happen. Sadly, Kleph passed away shortly after. He touched so many lives in the Richmond, VA community and beyond.
